Cheng-Han Wu
Artistic Director
Cheng-Han Wu is a dramaturg, playwright, and translator specializing in plays. He has served as dramaturg for over 70 works, ranging from plays, musicals, screenplays and interdisciplinary performances. His collaborations span artists and theatres across Taiwan, Mainland China, Hong Kong, Macau, South Korea, and the United States. He has taught dramaturgy at National Taiwan University and organized the Musical Theatre Writing Program for the Taipei Performing Arts Center. In 2022, he was awarded an Asian Cultural Council (ACC) Fellowship to study new play development in New York City. In 2024, he founded the Prologue Center for New Plays, the first organization in Taiwan dedicated to new play development. He holds an MFA in Dramaturgy and Dramatic Criticism from Yale School of Drama.

Kuan-Ting Lin
Literary Manager
Kuan-Ting Lin is a Taiwan-based dramaturg, translator, and playwright. His translation credits include Every Brilliant Thing and Lungs by Duncan Macmillan. At Prologue, he has developed Long Live the Mango Tree and Long Day's Journey for a Duck. He holds a B.A. in English with a minor in Drama and Theatre from National Taiwan University.

Yao-Ting Wang
Production Manager
Yao-Ting Wang serves as the production manager at Prologue and has been instrumental in the coordination of various play reading festivals at Prologue. Beyond production, he has expanded his practice into education in recent years and regularly designs and leads performance workshops for seniors at the Hondao Senior Citizen's Welfare Foundation. He is also an actor and one of the hosts of the Prologue podcast. He holds a B.A. in Drama and Theatre from National Taiwan University.

James Lee
Operations Manager
James Lee oversees operations and serves as the executive producer for play reading festivals at Prologue. His previous experience includes serving as the Front of House Manager at Wellspring Theater and as a spatial designer for the PXMart Sunmake Cultures Foundation. Lee is also a multidisciplinary designer specializing in scenic, exhibition, and graphic design. He holds an M.F.A. in Scenic Design from Taipei National University of the Arts.

Yi-Ming Chen
Research & Development
Yi-Ming is a Taiwanese writer and dramaturg with a MFA in Dramaturgy from Columbia University. His dramaturgical practice often involves experimenting with diverse narrative traditions and exploring materiality in theatre. In addition, his own works frequently engage with themes of national identity and everyday conversation. Yi-Ming’s previous projects include serving as a dramaturg for Cabin, A Hunger Artist, New Year's Eve Dinner, In the Bronx Brown Girls Can See Stars Too, and Peer Gynt; director Old Times and Rapunzel; and playwright Landscape in the Mist and Liang Zhu.

Bo-Hua Lin
Research & Development
Bo-Hua Lin is an M.F.A. candidate in Dramaturgy at the University of Iowa and a member of the Iowa Playwrights Workshop. As part of his graduate program, he has taught General Education Literature. Prior to this, he worked in Taiwan as a theatre consultant at Yitai Performance, Arts, Technology Inc. He also works as a stage designer and holds a B.F.A. in Theatre Design from Taipei National University of the Arts.

Shan Yeh
Research & Development
Shan Yeh is a writer whose essays have found their way into platforms such as Oranje Express, Shopping Design magazine, and the literary supplement of Sin Chew Daily, among others. She was the publisher and editor-in-chief of Fish&Fish Publishing Co., Ltd. She earned a Master’s in Dramaturgy from the University of Amsterdam, a Master’s in Performance and Culture from Goldsmiths, University of London, and a B.A. in drama and theatre from National Taiwan University. Yeh now resides in Amsterdam, continuing to explore the spaces between text, performance, and everyday life.

Crystal Huang
Research & Development
Crystal Huang is a researcher and curator whose practice bridges the gap between performing and visual arts. Her current work spans freelance writing, video projects, and interdisciplinary curation, all driven by a desire to use creative practice as a medium for global dialogue. Crystal is currently a Ph.D. student in Drama and Theatre at National Taiwan University and a student at the Graduate Institute of Museum Studies at Taipei National University of the Arts. She also holds an M.S. in Veterinary Medicine from National Taiwan University.
