International Play Salon

04

International play salon is a book club where participants read and discuss plays from diverse societal and cultural contexts. It offers a valuable opportunity to explore different storytelling techniques and reflect on how plays are written and produced in Taiwan. Our goal is to leave reading footprints across the world within five years.

Taiwanese Play Salon

05

Taiwanese Play Salon is a reading group dedicated to the formative eras of modern Taiwanese theatre. By revisiting seminal works written between the 1920s and 1980s, we aim to bridge a long-standing generational gap, reconnecting today’s playwrights with how our predecessors captured the shifting political, economic, and cultural landscapes of a volatile island history.

Developmental Workshop

06

Our developmental workshops provide playwrights with a collaborative space to refine their work. Here, they can test concepts, receive feedback, and develop their plays with the support of actors, directors, and dramaturgs. Whether a play enters Prologue through an application or by invitation, we hope our workshop serves as a stepping stone on its journey to full production.
