The Playwright in Focus Festival presents the body of work by a mid-career Taiwanese playwright. By staging readings of plays from different stages of their career, the festival traces the evolution of the writer’s voice and artistic vision. It offers a space for both the playwright and the audience to look back, reflect, and explore how far they’ve come together.
